Camp Albemarle Terms & Use Agreement
The mission of Camp Albemarle is to provide a tranquil natural setting to connect with nature, self and community while preserving it as a resource for future generations.
Please note that any activities in violation of our agreement as stated below are prohibited. All groups are responsible for obtaining their own event insurance.
Section 1: Services included in the agreement:
• WiFi
• Electricity
• Buildings and Grounds Maintenance
• Trash Removal
• Water (hot & cold)
Section 2: Services NOT included in the agreement:
• Food Service
• Health and Safety Supervision
• Activity Supervision
• Hazard Supervision
Section 3: Capacity:
• Groups using the Main Lodge shall not exceed 99 adults and children
• Groups staying overnight shall not exceed 80 persons.
Section 4:
• No firearms allowed.
Section 5:
Camp users that wish to serve alcohol must adhere to the following insurance requirements:
• A special event liability policy, which includes liquor liability, must be obtained with limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence, special event insurance can be purchased here and here;
• Camp Albemarle Inc. shall be listed as an "Additional Insured" on the policy;
• A certificate of insurance which outlines the above two requirements must be received by the Camp no later than 14 business days before the User's rental period.
Section 6:
The registration fee is due with this application. Your camp use payment, check made out to Camp Albemarle Inc., will be due upon check-out. The caretaker will collect your payment toward the end of the visit unless other arrangements are made.
Section 7:
Any exceptions to these conditions or fees must be approved by a full vote of the Board of Directors at their regular meeting on the second Tuesday of each month.

The Camp Albemarle Board reserves the right to have the caretaker or board members come to camp at any time.
The organization/individual(s), which I represent, agrees to comply with the conditions stated herein and in the Use Agreement listed above. Both the organizations and I individually further agree to assume responsibility and liability for damage to or loss of any property, injury to any persons and/or breach of any of the terms of the Camp Albemarle Use Agreement, which may occur during occupancy or our use of the Camp Facilities.
